It’s our mission to help young women reach their academic and career goals.

Miss North Carolina

To become Miss North Carolina, a 19-28 year old candidate must first enter and win a local competition—a process requiring hard work, talent and personal commitment. As a local titleholder, a candidate may go on to compete at the annual Miss NC Competition.

Miss North Carolina's Teen

The MNCTeen program is a division of The Miss NC Organization for young women ages 13-18. Candidates compete in areas such as interview, talent, and social impact for scholarships to further their education.

Carolina Star Program

The Carolina Star Program is established for young ladies ranging in age from 5 to 12. Carolina Stars are encouraged to join their mentor in appearances, volunteer opportunities, and other community events. This mentorship begins at the local level.
