What are your scholastic and/or career ambitions? Attend NC State University majoring in biology to later become an Orthodontist.
Community Service Initiative (CSI): Fit For Success
What are some objectives you have as a titleholder? Fit For Success; promoting physical activity and the direct correlation it has to brain health amongst our youth. Through Fit For Success, I have been able to educate students with my curriculum on the “MyPlate” program, different ways to stay active, and proper foods to help fuel your body. I have enjoyed co-coaching soccer and volleyball camps for kids in my community as well as being a mentor/running buddy for Girls On The Run. As Miss Goldsboro’s Teen I would love to continue teaching about my passion and bring activities like Girls on the Run to schools in Wayne County.
What are some interesting facts abut you? I love playing beach volleyball, and have received National Bids for AVP Nationals. Out of all styles of dance, my 2 favorites are Hip Hop and Pointe. I am a reporter/writer for my schools News Network.
What do you enjoy doing for fun? Taking beach trips and riding bikes with my friends. Playing club and school volleyball and soccer. Watching sports whether it be televised or in-person.
