Sophia is a vibrant vocalist and a Musical Theater graduate from UNCC, now expanding her expertise at Harvard Business School Online. With a dream to become a leader in sports production, she has also devoted her life to her community service initiative "Make A Change." From fundraising to authoring a children’s book, Sophia’s dedication has touched lives across 12 countries. Did we mention she’s an iced coffee aficionado and thrift shopping guru?

Marin brings her powerful narrative through HERStory, aiming to inspire as she aspires to be a labor and delivery travel nurse. With her initiative "Stronger Together, Pink Forever," Marin is deeply committed to promoting early detection of breast cancer, inspired by her own family’s experiences. A seasoned lacrosse player and archery enthusiast, Marin also knows the value of staying active and connected.

About the Miss North Carolina Organization
As an official state preliminary associated with the Miss America Organization, the Miss North Carolina Organization (MNCO) is a part of the largest scholarship providing organization for women in the world. Promoting an emphasis on academics and communication skills, the MNCO is considered a launching pad for young women to further their academic and career goals. Taylor Loyd currently serves as Miss North Carolina 2023. Hanley House, crowned Miss North Carolina’s Teen 2023, became the first teen from North Carolina to win the national title as Miss America’s Teen 2024.
