What's special?
Summer is not just a passionate lyrical dancer; she's a burgeoning entrepreneur and a dedicated supporter of the arts. Currently a senior at Corinth Holders High School, Summer is planning to further her education in entrepreneurship and dance. Her Community Service Initiative, "Empowering Expression," aims to boost underfunded arts programs in schools and the community. And here's something fun: Summer is related to Charlie Daniels and loves Dr. Pepper and iced coffee!

Delaney Grace Privette

Delaney is an acro/jazz dance enthusiast and a committed student, currently dual enrolled at East Wake Academy and Nash Community College. She aspires to enter UNC Chapel Hill and pursue a career as a pediatrician. Her initiative, "The Delaney Difference," is all about encouraging community volunteerism. Did you know Delaney recently won a regional beam award in gymnastics and can sing all 50 states in alphabetical order?

About the Miss North Carolina Organization
As an official state preliminary associated with the Miss America Organization, the Miss North Carolina Organization (MNCO) is a part of the largest scholarship providing organization for women in the world. Promoting an emphasis on academics and communication skills, the MNCO is considered a launching pad for young women to further their academic and career goals. Taylor Loyd currently serves as Miss North Carolina 2023. Hanley House, crowned Miss North Carolina’s Teen 2023, became the first teen from North Carolina to win the national title as Miss America’s Teen 2024.
