What are your scholastic and/or career ambitions? To attend High Point University graduating with a degree in Sports Broadcasting, while running track at the collegiate level. This degree will help me land a career as a Sports Correspondent.

Community Service Initiative (CSI): Get to It: Advocating for Youth Fitness and Sports

What are some objectives you have as a titleholder? Get to It: Advocating for Youth Fitness and Sports.
My CSI, Get to It, encourages youth fitness as a fundamental while ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate in sports and summer camps. As Miss Winston Salem’s Teen, I am continuing to advocate for my initiative by hosting meetings at my local YMCA raising money for the Annual Impact Fund and as a Youth Leader.

What are some interesting facts about you? I have been involved in Broadway Jr. productions for 6 years, receiving MTI Broadways performance of the year award; I lead my school and youth group in Worship as a vocalist on the Praise Band, and I am a proud captain of two Varsity sports teams!

What do you enjoy doing for fun? On screen acting classes, staying physically active through sports, combing the beach for shells and sharks teeth with my younger brother, and making my family’s homemade almond milk ice cream!
