D'Amrah is a tap dancing dynamo with a heart of gold. Studying at the McKenzie Elliott School of Nursing, her ambitions lie in mother/baby or NICU nursing. Her Community Service Initiative, Project C.A.R.E., focuses on Compassion, Advocacy, Respect, and Empathy, aiming to impact her community positively. Oh, and here's a fun fact: she's never eaten a fast food hamburger!

As an official state preliminary associated with the Miss America Organization, the Miss North Carolina Organization is a part of the largest scholarship providing organization for women in the world.
