Current Schooling: In December of 2023, I graduated from East Carolina University with my B.S. in Elementary Education. I plan to go back to school to obtain my Master’s in Elementary Education with a concentration in teaching students in poverty.

What are your scholastic and/or career ambitions? I am currently a third-grade teacher. In the future, I plan on owning my own youth theatre company for students to participate in over the summer.

Community Service Initiative (CSI): Skye’s the Limit for the Arts

What are some objectives you have as a titleholder? My CSI is Skye’s the Limit for the Arts. My mission is to promote and provide opportunities to those who do not have adequate access to the arts, as well as education the community of the benefits the arts can provide for life-long success.

What are some interesting facts about you? I have a port-wine stain birth mark on my right leg.

In high school, I had the chance to perform at Disney World.

My great-great uncle delivered the famous actress, Ava Gardner.

What do you enjoy doing for fun? I enjoy going to the beach, going for walks outdoors, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
