The Miss North Carolina Organization is excited to announce the official launch of the Class of 2026 People’s Choice campaign.
Beginning today, Monday, June 1, 2026, supporters have the opportunity to rally behind their favorite candidates and help them take one step closer to the state title. The campaign will remain open through Friday, June 26, 2026.
This year, there will be one People’s Choice winner from the Miss division and one People’s Choice winner from the Teen division.
Votes are $1 per vote and will be placed through each candidate’s Spotfund campaign. Every vote is an opportunity to show support for the young women who are representing their communities, advancing their service initiatives, and preparing to compete for the titles of Miss North Carolina 2026 and Miss North Carolina’s Teen 2026.
What Is at Stake?
The People’s Choice winner from each division will be guaranteed a spot in the Top 11 Semi-Finalists on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
That means one Miss candidate and one Teen candidate will be assured the opportunity to continue competing on finals day. Each People’s Choice winner will also receive an additional Semi-Finalist scholarship and remain in the running for the title of Miss North Carolina 2026 or Miss North Carolina’s Teen 2026.
Campaign Updates
Throughout the campaign, the current Top 5 candidates in each division will be updated and shared. These updates will allow supporters to follow the excitement and momentum of the campaign.
To preserve the suspense of competition week, the final People’s Choice winner in each division will not be announced as People’s Choice.
