What are your scholastic and/or career ambitions? To attend a four-year university double majoring in Dance and Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
Community Service Initiative (CSI): Get a Grip on Arthritis
What are some objectives you have as a titleholder? My CSI, Get a Grip on Arthritis, brings awareness and advocates for the millions of people suffering with the disease. There are more than 100 types of arthritis, and it is the leading cause of disability in the U.S. As Miss Lake Norman’s Teen, I have partnered with the Arthritis Foundations as a Junior Ambassador and plan to continue to spread awareness of the impact this disease has on adults and children.
What are some interesting facts about you? I have been dancing competitively for 13 years and a member of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts. I was born prematurely and my family affectionately calls me their “preemie”. I enjoy listening to 90’s music with my parents during our Friday fun night!
What do you enjoy doing for fun? I enjoy dancing competitively, hanging out with friends and family, going to Andy’s Frozen Custard with my mom, and collecting vinyl records.
