Meet Camdyn Lee, the new Miss Cabarrus County’s Teen 2026!

We’re so excited to introduce Camdyn Lee, the newly crowned Miss Cabarrus County’s Teen 2026! She is from Catawba, NC. She earned her title on January 17, 2026, and will go on to represent her community on the Miss North Carolina’s Teen stage in June!

Let’s get to know her a little better!

Digital Spotlight interview with Camdyn Lee

Q: Tell us a little about yourself!
A: I’m from Catawba, NC. I am a Junior at Bandys High School, where I am in the top 5% of my class. I am a varsity cheerleader, FFA officer, Key Club member, Beta Club recipient, Treasurer of the parliamentary procedure team, and editor of the yearbook. As a career goal, I plan to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and pursue a career as an Aesthetic Nurse. 

Q: What should we know about your Community Service Initiative?
A: It Begins With Y.O.U. (Youth, Overcoming, & Uplifting) is an initiative dedicated to empowering youth to find their voices, support survivors, and break the silence. Inspired by my own experience with bullying from adults, my mission is to ensure children across North Carolina have the tools, resources, and confidence to speak up and seek help, no matter the situation.

Q: What talent did you perform at your local competition?
A: I performed a lyrical dance performance to the song “The Voice Within.”

Q: Do you have any previous experience within the Miss America Opportunity?
A: I previously held the titles Miss Statesville’s Teen 2025 (4th Runner Up, Preliminary Evening Gown Award, Preliminary Talent Award) and Miss Ballantyne’s Teen 2024 (Top 11 Finalist, Preliminary Evening Gown Award).

Q: What are some fun facts about you?
A: – I can sing all the state capitals
 – I competed in my first pageant at 9 months old
 –  I am the youngest of 4 siblings, ages ranging from 17-30

Q: What’s your favorite way to spend a day off when you’re not competing or volunteering?
A: I love spending time with the people who mean the most to me, my friends and family! Whether it is sharing a meal, laughing together, or simply enjoying each other’s company, those moments help me recharge. I also love to relax by reading, which gives me a chance to slow down, unwind, and reset before jumping back into my busy schedule.

Q: What’s your favorite way to stay #MissAmericaFit?
A: Dancing for more than 15 hours a week and prioritizing daily goals are my favorite ways to stay fit! Keeping my body healthy through proper nutrition, daily conditioning, and training allows me to live a healthy lifestyle. Through #MissAmericaFit and the American Heart Association, I aim to advocate and encourage preventive screening and healthy habits.

Q: If you could give one piece of advice to a younger girl who looks up to you, what would it be?
A: “Never underestimate the power of your voice. Speak up for yourself, believe in your worth, and don´t let anyone make you feel small for being different. Your kindness, resilience, and confidence are your greatest strengths, so embrace them, and always remember that you are capable of more than you could ever imagine.”
